In the historic Carolina Cadillac Co. Building
In 2013, the renovation of the abandoned Carolina Cadillac Co. Building began. We respected the character of the historic building and kept the exposed brick walls, original black & white marble showroom floor and lofty 30’ ceilings with skylights. We constructed with only real materials like steel, concrete, reclaimed wood and glass in bringing the old building back to life as a wedding venue. The result is a truly unique, hand-crafted, industrial urban-renewal work of art.

Our New Wandering Garden
Last summer, we took a look around. We loved how everyone gravitated to our Terrace Courtyard blushing bride hydrangeas and our Jasmine green wall for photos. But it made us wonder… What if we converted our upper parking lot - the whole parking lot - into a flowering garden? With soft paths that crunched below your feet as you wandered. And a huge wall of white climbing roses. So we got to work! And this May, we opened our newest space, we call the Wandering Garden. We can’t wait to see how our couples might use it!
David & his team at Water + Earth are incredible! Here’s Augustine assembling the tinker brick wall.
