The original Carolina Cadillac Co. Building was designed and constructed in 1921 and the hand-cut marble checkerboard floor was the ultimate statement of the very best of the very best of the time! Ultra luxurious Cadillac automobiles were displayed with pride on this incredible floor. Who could have imagined that this very floor could hold something even more precious?
